Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Yangon full day sightseeing (by car)

Arrive at Yangon International Airport and welcome by KST representative and our tour guide. On the way visit to Lawka Chanthar Arbayar Laba Muni Buddha Image (Kyauktawgyi) and Royal White Elephant camp. Check in to hotel

and Yangon sightseeing; visit to Chaukhtatgyi (Reclining Buddha) Pagoda a colossal reclining Buddha, Karaweik Hall Royal barge on the Royal lake for photo stop, Yangon's city center featuring Sule Pagoda at city center and colonial building, drive in downtown visit China Town with the fruit market and Yangon's city center covering World famous Shwedagon Pagoda. Witness the golden dome light up sunshine at the sunset. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 2: Yangon - Putao (by flight and car)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for Putao flight in the morning. The flight takes about 3 hours to arrive to Putao via Myitkyina. Free and easy program in the evening and overnight at guest house in Putao.

Day 3: Putao - Nankan village

Visit morning market and breakfast at the market. After breakfast, drive to the east bank of Malikha River about 1 hour and cross the River by boat. Nankan village lies on the east bank of Malikha River and at the foot of the Nanhti mountain range. One can study the ritual and culture of the Rawan tribes residing in the village. Fruits available here are orange, grapefruit, Washington, King fruit and blood fruit. Overnight at the Nankan village. Stay at the village house.

Day 4: Nankan village - Nanhti village

After breakfast, start trekking to the Nanhti camp about 12 miles. Go up and down hill along the way, the highest mountain range is 3,500 ft. Have lunch on the way. Cross Nanhti creek by the suspension bridge. Nanhti village is situated on the

mountain range about 2,700 ft. above sea level. This small camp has only 4 houses. Overnight at Nanhti camp. The rest house in Nanhti is a traditional, regional building of wood, bamboo and straw roof.

Day 5: Nanhti village - Maza village

Trekking about 8 miles and have to cross the mountain range about 6,200 ft to reach another camp named Maza on the other side of the range. Overnight at Maza village.

Day 6: Maza village - Nogmung

Trek along the creek about 8 miles to get to Nogmung. Overnight at Nogmung.

Day 7: Nogmung - Maza

Visit morning market and shop for local souvenirs. After that start return trip to Maza and overnight Maza.

Day 8: Maza - Nanhti

After breakfast, go up the mountain range about 4 hours and go down to the Nanhti village. Overnight Nanhti.

Day 9: Nanhti - Numsabum village

From Nanhti camp to Putao, choose another way, Nanhti - Numsabum village - Putao. Go down to reach the creek and cross the creek by the suspension bridge. And then climb the mountain range about 3500ft and go down to the village. Overnight at Numsabum village.

Day 10: Numsabum - Kaungmulon - Putao

After breakfast, walk to Malikha river about 45 minutes, visit Kaungmulon Pogada on the way. Cross the Malikha River by boat and drive to Putao. Have lunch in Putao and after that visit Mularshide Cable Bridge by car. Overnight in Putao.

Day 11: Putao - Yangon

Morning breakfast at Putao market, then shop for local souvenirs. After lunch, transfer to airport for flight to Yangon.

Day 12: Shopping and Departure (by car)

After breakfast at hotel, morning shopping at Gems Mart and Handicrafts shops. Visit to Bogyoke Aung San (Scott) Market where you can buy many souvenirs. And then transfer to airport for departure.
